About The Position

BrightStar Care of Anchorage is looking for a full-time Customer Care Manager to join their Eagle River office. This position is central to daily operations, involving close collaboration with caregivers, clients, families, and the clinical team to schedule care, maintain communication, and ensure exceptional client service. The role offers variety, with tasks ranging from coordinating schedules and onboarding new clients to supporting caregivers and managing schedule changes. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Two or more years of experience in healthcare, staffing, scheduling, customer service, office administration, or a related field preferred
  • Home care, healthcare, or medical office experience is strongly preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy office
  • CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure clients receive the care they need
  • Build positive working relationships with clients, families, and caregivers
  • Serve as one of the primary points of contact for client communication and customer service
  • Assist with new client intake, onboarding, and service coordination
  • Work closely with our Director of Nursing and office team
  • Help coordinate schedule changes and staffing needs throughout the day
  • Follow up with clients and caregivers to support quality care and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate documentation and office records
  • Support a positive, collaborative office environment
