Client Care Manager

Requirements
- Required experience working in Home Care or Home Health
- Experience in client services, staffing, scheduling, or care coordination
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel
Nice To Haves
- CNA certification preferred
- Previous caregiving experience strongly preferred
- Experience using WellSky or another healthcare EMR preferred
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with clients and family members through proactive communication
- Conduct client supervisory visits and reassessments to ensure satisfaction and update care plans
- Resolve client concerns and service issues quickly and professionally
- Coordinate with caregivers to ensure quality care delivery
- Assist with staffing and scheduling to maintain appropriate client coverage
- Train and coach caregivers on expectations and best practices
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure a clean, compliant EMR
- Support hiring, onboarding, and orientation activities as needed
- Collaborate closely with operations leadership to improve client satisfaction and caregiver engagement
- Travel throughout the Park Ridge service territory for client visits and supervisory responsibilities
