The Client Care Manager oversees a group of clients with varying needs and hours. This role is responsible for partnering with clients, families, and medical professionals to design tailored service plans. You will also be responsible for the selection, guidance, and supervision of the Caregiver teams assigned to implement these plans, making adjustments as needed to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention. This role is an integral part of the site’s performance and success. The ideal candidate would be someone who has a scheduling, care coordination, or Client Management background. We are looking for an individual with experience in health care, elder care, social work, or a related industry. Because our client’s needs can shift often, we desire someone who has the foresight to resolve potential problems before they arise and can proactively identify areas of interest prior to initial meetings. Must have exceptional communication skills, a high level of emotional intelligence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where managing complex family dynamics is required. Candidates are expected to leverage AI tools strategically and responsibly to enhance efficiency, improve client outcomes, and support data-informed decision-making.
