Responsibilities

  • Communicate with homeowners and trade partners by phone and email
  • Coordinate repair scheduling and follow up on service requests
  • Help troubleshoot common homeowner concerns and identify solutions quickly
  • Partner with multiple departments to ensure issues are resolved efficiently
  • Deliver a positive, professional, and helpful experience in every interaction
  • Manage multiple priorities while staying organized and detail-oriented
