The Customer Care Rep I is the primary interface between the customer and Zurn Elkay. This role actively manages customer orders, answers inbound calls and email cases, and works and interacts with multiple intercompany departments. The representative will identify, investigate, and research user questions and problems, and assist external users of the organization's technical products or services by answering questions and solving problems involved in their use.
