The LovelySkin Customer Care team is growing! Most recently recognized in BizRate’s Platinum Circle of Excellence, our Customer Care team sets the bar high and relentlessly looks for ways to make a customer’s experience just a little more lovely. On a given day, you’ll respond to incoming phone questions about orders, make product recommendations, advise on skincare regimens, problem-solve issues, take orders and so much more. Never a moment of boredom here; when not taking calls, we’re answering emails and following up on customer inquiries.
