Answer inbound calls from internal and external customers inquiring about and questions/issues regarding products, warranties, orders, service updates, etc. Often serving as the first point of contact for the organization - including general customer service questions and transferring calls to other departments. Assess customer needs via phone and partner with internal teams/department to transfer and escalate customer issue to appropriate department as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction. Accurately document all customer information into internal computer data base. Follow up with customers via phone and email as necessary to close out customer inquiries.
