About The Position

Duraco Specialty Materials is hiring a Customer Care Representative to serve as a key link between customers, operations, accounting, and shipping. The role manages customer orders from start to finish, keeps customers informed, resolves order, manufacturing, and shipping issues, and coordinates across departments and locations. Representatives use multiple ERP systems, maintain accurate data, confirm pricing, and organize inboxes and priorities. The position suits an organized, detail-oriented person who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, working independently, and collaborating with a team. The role is hybrid, with office time in Forest Park, Illinois. The hourly pay range is $21.00–$26.00, depending on skillset and qualifications.

Responsibilities

Manage the order process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and speed.
Review open orders and identify issues or delays.
Communicate directly with customers and provide updates and reassurance.
Enter orders and confirm pricing.
Resolve manufacturing delays, shipping questions, and other order challenges by finding answers and coordinating solutions.
Use multiple ERP systems and maintain accurate data entry.
