As a Customer Care Manager, you will work to develop new customer relationships that drive our growth and success within the Parts group as well as promote parts sales to existing customers by adding and maintaining parts sales programs. Objectives are to achieve maximum sales volume, market penetration, profit return, and customer loyalty through new business development and account management.
