The Customer Care Desk Associate will be responsible for managing the store's phone/switchboard and providing comprehensive assistance to customers. This includes handling returns, answering questions, addressing complaints, and providing directions within the store. The role also involves ensuring an efficient and pleasant shopping experience for all customers, managing incoming E-commerce customer orders and In-Store Pick Ups, and maintaining the cleanliness and presentability of the Customer Service Desk. Additionally, the associate will assist in other departments as assigned and ensure compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies.
