About The Position

The Customer Service Desk Associate supports the process of event management within the event & hospitality industry. This role involves providing excellent communication and customer care to both exhibitors and vendors. The associate will manage a service desk during expos, conventions, and tradeshows, assisting exhibitors with onsite orders, payment processing, and questions. Additional duties may include routine administrative work and other functions to assist the operations of the company when needed. This is a part-time position with hours ranging on average 25-30 hours per week, requiring availability for flex time, including occasional weekends and evenings.

  • Proficient in office systems including Paycom, Outlook, Microsoft Office products and other software required by Art Craft Display
  • Graduation from high school or GED equivalent with specialized course work in general office practices such as typing, filing, accounting and bookkeeping
