Requirements

  • 1+ years of Customer Service Experience
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience is required. Must be able to create professional business correspondence in Word, organize tracking spreadsheets in Excel and use Outlook for communication and calendaring
  • High school diploma

Nice To Haves

  • Modest or extensive construction background a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to an excellent co-worker and customer experience by helping move projects forward with good communication and excellence.
  • Communication of specific client needs with teams and Management
  • Processing paperwork to help each stakeholder receive their needed information.
  • Communicating logistical changes and installation issues.
  • Problem solving with teams locally and in other locations.
