You'll support our Sales Consultants, coordinate projects from order through installation, proactively communicate with customers, and solve challenges before they become problems. Responsibilities

Coordinate customer projects from sale through installation.
Keep customers informed with proactive communication.
Manage service cases, warranty claims, repairs, and project issues.
Support Sales Consultants with order coordination and follow-through.
Follow up on open quotes using our proven systems.
Work closely with Sales, Install, Warehouse, and Leadership to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
