About The Position

Jeff Cooke Insurance requires a Customer service pro with sales skills and lots of energy to handle reception, administration and client outreach contacts and run our "front of house". This role involves reception, administration, client outreach/calling, and handling our In Book Client Outreach Program Administration. The ideal candidate is the very best in Customer Service, makes clients feel like a welcomed guest, has high energy levels, likes to make things happen, and is looking for an opportunity with a well-defined career path.

Requirements

• 2 years or more of exceptional customer service experience
• Must have a car for commute
• Ready to study for and obtain the General level 1 Insurance License
• Be extremely coach-able
• Be a quick learner
• Love ongoing training
• Exceptional at multi-tasking

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a restaurant server
• Experience in retail sales

Responsibilities
