About The Position

We’re hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Care Advisor to join our Patent Annuities team in Belgrade! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team of 15 dedicated professionals in our Customer Care department. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping others and finds everyday communication meaningful. If you bring a friendly attitude, clear and confident communication, and strong problem-solving skills, you’ll feel right at home in this role. Fluency in both Italian and English is essential, along with a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism and care. Requirements

  • Proficient level of Italian language
  • Proficient level of English language
  • Proficient with MS Office 365, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Outlook
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
  • Solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism and care

Nice To Haves

  • Previous long-standing business-to-business customer facing experience and strong customer orientation
  • Basic knowledge of patents and IP
  • Capability of developing and maintaining positive customer and business relationships, and managing demanding customers

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional, efficient, high-quality service to a portfolio of key customers, Italian law firms and corporations on a day-to-day basis
  • Collaborate with all areas of the business where/when necessary to meet customer expectations by ensuring adherence to the agreed or required service levels
  • Guarantee customers receive a professional, efficient and courteous response to queries
  • Ensure that customer profiles are kept up to date to provide the relevant areas of the business with current information
  • Assist team members with additional workloads as deemed necessary by business/customer needs
  • Occasionally be responsible for managing projects as assigned for existing customers
