About The Position

Our multinational company is recruiting Italian-speaking Inbound Account Managers for one of our clients. Your mission will be to ensure the correct management of various customer transactions (calls, emails, chat), embody, promote and enhance the image, products and services of the market. You will need to know, master and communicate the procedures, the specificities of the different product categories, the general conditions of sale and the legal obligations. You will also need to respect the group's security and confidentiality policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma
  • Excellent command of Italian with an intermediate level of English for management.
  • A high level of interpersonal communication skills
  • Good command of customer relationship management techniques (CRM)
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of empathy and understanding of the speaker's discourse and needs.
  • Call Center experience a plus
  • Answers inbound calls within guidelines/goals established by the client and management.
  • Consistently achieves call quality score goals in order to meet client and customer satisfaction goals.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
