About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a full-time Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) for its branch at 2161 W US Highway 70, Thatcher, AZ 85552. The role provides face-to-face and phone customer service to internal and external customers, along with rental backup and administrative support. The representative develops job knowledge through local training and hands-on experience. The position pays $17.00 per hour based on a 40-hour work week and is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Requirements

• At least one year of face-to-face customer service experience within the last five years.
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
• No drug- or alcohol-related conviction on the driving record in the past three years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future work-authorization sponsorship from the company.
• Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., apart from religious observation.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls about reservations, rate quotes, general questions, and customer issues; provide information and resolutions to customers, branches, insurers, dealerships, repair shops, and vendors.
• Make outgoing calls for callback management, accounts receivable, and other assigned purposes.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone, assess their rental needs, and provide a high level of customer service.
• Greet customers in a friendly and timely manner and provide directions and general assistance.
• Help assess the condition of rental vehicles upon return.
• Process returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions.
• Promote the company while safely and courteously picking up or dropping off customers and assisting them as needed.
• Explain rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services.
• May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and additional equipment.
• Notify management of known vehicle problems and required maintenance.
• Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors by hand or with washing equipment when needed.
• Perform administrative and basic accounting functions, including research and billing support, accounts receivable, transfer and key logs, miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, and customer billing.
• Perform other job-related and backup duties as assigned.
