Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software

Previous customer service, call center, sales, or automotive experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries received through our website, phone, and other online sources
Contact prospective customers by phone, text, and email
Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership
Follow up with customers and maintain consistent communication
Accurately document customer interactions and appointments in our CRM system
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience
Meet individual and team goals for customer contacts and appointments
