In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for acting as the customer’s representative to ensure that their requests are met with a focus on improving the customer experience. The Customer Advocate role is a pivotal link between the company and its customers, ensuring that client needs are heard, understood, and met throughout the onboarding and service lifecycle.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of customer service experience in a customer-facing/focused environment.
• Minimum 2 years of proven sales, lead generation or customer outreach experience.
• Demonstratable experience in customer retention.
• Demonstratable knowledge of CRM systems, CX methods, KPI and metric reporting.
• High School or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Communicating bi-weekly with assigned accounts during implementation on onboarding and installation progress.
• Proactively asking questions of customers to ensure that all their needs and wants are understood and addressed.
• Provide all new customers with ARR and or AME on each of their accounts.
• Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests.
• Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the customers’ accounts.
• Acting as the customers’ representative internally to ensure that their requests are met with a focus on improving the customer experience.
