MongoDB is hiring a Customer Advocate, Office of the Chief Customer Officer. This is a high-impact opportunity to work directly with the CCO and senior leadership across the company, helping drive MongoDB’s most important customer relationships and operating rhythms. The primary focus of the role is customer advocacy — ensuring MongoDB’s top customers and partners have exceptional experiences that deepen relationships and accelerate mutual growth. This includes preparing for, joining, and following up on CCO-level customer and partner meetings, working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to ensure the right preparation, alignment, and follow-through. In addition to this customer-facing work, this role will partner closely with the Chief of Staff to help integrate our customers' proof points into our CCO strategic priorities, goal tracking, and the weekly executive meeting. The role provides a unique opportunity to learn the inner workings of a fast-scaling company and contribute directly to shaping its customer strategy and execution. This role can be based remotely in the United States.
