This Customer Accounts Manager (CAM) role is an interim, leave-driven assignment only and does not represent a permanent vacancy. Employment is for a fixed term and exists solely to provide coverage while the incumbent CAM is acting as Interim GM during the GM’s protected medical/LTD leave. The assignment will automatically end upon the GM’s return (and the CAM resuming their role) or at the end of the stated term, whichever occurs first. There is no promise or expectation of continued or permanent employment. The salary range for this role is $16.00 to $18.00 per hour/annually. This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance. Aaron’s Customer Account Managers drive the success of our stores by leading the customer accounts department with the primary goal of achieving company standards for collections and lease renewals. As a Customer Account Manager, you will strategically influence team performance to help our customers achieve their goals of ownership and assume a wide variety of job functions at the direction of the General Manager.
