Schedule : Monday-Friday (In office. Hybrid option after training)
Hours: 7:00 am-3:00 pm or 8:00 am- 4:00 pm

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 0–2 years of customer service, administrative, or production coordination experience.
• Basic knowledge of business software and communication tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn and apply procedures in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and teamwork orientation.

• Candidates who agree to participate in cross-training, including achieving qualified status within the position and assuming responsibility as a backup for lateral and progressive roles, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production timelines and coordinate updates to customers.
• Assemble billing documentation and maintain accurate job logs.
• Track due dates and schedule adherence for files and customer components.
• Communicate with internal teams and external customers professionally and effectively.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• May perform additional duties, as assigned
