About The Position

The Customer Account Coordinator communicates with customers, estimates and enters orders, and performs other activities to support strong customer relationships. The role supports Sales, Manufacturing, and shipping operations, and requires a basic understanding of manufacturing processes. The coordinator works with production staff to help achieve on-time customer deliveries and manages multiple small-to-medium customer accounts with high complexity. This is a full-time, salaried, non-exempt position that is fully onsite at 128 Crews Drive, Columbia, SC 29210.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree completed, or currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program with a confirmed graduation date of December 2026 or earlier.

Responsibilities

Communicate with customers, estimate and enter orders, and support excellent customer relationships.
Support Sales, Manufacturing, and shipping operations.
Work with production staff to achieve on-time customer deliveries.
Manage multiple small-to-medium customer accounts with high complexity.
Take customer orders directly from customers or account managers.
Place timely orders for materials and supplies used in production.
Communicate with customers about order status, quotations, order changes and confirmations, complaints, and questions.
Process purchase orders, coordinate account credits, and maintain customer data.
Use the Witron system and work with production staff to support on-time deliveries.
