About The Position
We're looking for a Custom Quote Coordinator to be the go-to connector between our sales team, engineers, and customers. This role involves turning big ideas into winning quotes for custom-built weighing solutions. The Custom Quote Coordinator will be the hub of the action, responsible for gathering details, coordinating timelines, tracking down answers, and helping deliver solutions that impress customers. The role offers a dynamic environment where no two days are the same and each project presents a new challenge.
Requirements
- 2+ years in quoting, sales support, or customer service
- Sharp organizational skills and a knack for follow-through
- A positive, can-do attitude and comfort working across teams
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
Responsibilities
- Be the go-to person connecting Sales, Engineering, and customers on custom projects
