About The Position

CIEE is a nonprofit study abroad and intercultural exchange organization that transforms lives and builds bridges between individuals and nations through study abroad and international exchange experiences that help people develop skills for living in a globally interdependent and multi-cultural world. You will work with top private and public high schools across the US to design and deliver study abroad experiences customized for their academic objectives and operational needs. Collaborating with our U.S. sales team members and staff around the world, you will own the process of turning a program idea into a written plan, closing the contract, and ensuring a smooth pre-departure experience and exceptional program delivery. Because High School Custom is a rapidly growing program line, you will need to be entrepreneurial, generating new business and delivering exceptional customer service to strengthen school relationships and meet sales goals. You will help schools understand the transformative impact of study abroad, develop their vision for school trips, and articulate how CIEE can help them achieve it. This role is a great fit for someone who can both think big picture and also deliver detail-oriented work amidst competing priorities, a relationship builder who also enjoys supporting strategic initiatives.
