The Office for Education Abroad (EA) facilitates the coordination of academic records for direct-enroll, exchange, and provider programs. The Education Abroad Coordinator for Academic Records and Curriculum Integration is primarily responsible for managing this process, from students' pre-program Course Approval Form completion to the articulation of credits earned abroad onto their MSU transcripts. This role involves guiding students through the process, collaborating with colleagues across campus, serving as the main liaison to the Office of the Registrar, and maintaining and enhancing related systems and processes. The position also handles the enrollment management of exchange/direct enroll/provider programs for carrier course credits and develops, implements, maintains, and promotes education abroad curriculum integration initiatives to create major-specific advising resources for students, faculty, and staff.
