As a Custom Loan Servicing Vice President in the Loan Servicing Operations team, you will lead a team responsible for accurate, timely loan servicing and portfolio support. You will interpret loan documentation, manage servicing deadlines, and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues and remove roadblocks. You will drive operational improvements and help develop future leaders through coaching, feedback, and day-to-day support.

Requirements

• 7 years of experience in loan servicing operations, including interpreting loan documents and managing servicing deadlines
• Experience leading teams in a financial services environment with accountability for service delivery and performance outcomes
• Experience resolving complex escalations using conflict management and stakeholder coordination skills
• Experience setting operational priorities, driving process improvements, and aligning execution to broader business goals within lending operations
• Experience mentoring and developing team members through coaching, feedback, and on-the-job training

• Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced, deadline-oriented environments while meeting service level agreements
• Experience providing structured coaching and performance feedback to support team development and sustained results
• Experience creating quantitative reports and using results to guide operational decisions and improvements
