About The Position

Willson International is seeking Import Analysts to join their team. This role is responsible for liaising with multiple third parties, including Canada Customs, clients, and shipping companies, to ensure international Truck Freight imports are cleared for entry into Canada. The position involves using multiple computer programs to input information into a database, communicating with clients and carriers via email and phone, and partnering with internal departments and government agencies to resolve discrepancies. Requirements

• Clearance & Rating experience required
• High School Diploma required
• Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in a Customs Brokerage environment, clearing ground shipments
• Proficiency in MS Office and database skills
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written is required
• Accuracy and attention to detail is required
• Must have Custom Import Analyst Experience

Nice To Haves

• CCS designation is an asset

Responsibilities
