Requirements

• Understand 3D modeling practices and products/options.
• Thorough understanding of entire product portfolio and available options based on products as well as business channels.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding fit and options for existing orders.
• Provide options to save sales and partner with customers for solutions.
• Create/update cases in Salesforce.
• Understand 3D modeling practices and products/options.
• Assist with custom receiver placement, venting alterations, wax guard, etc.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the entire product portfolio and available options based on products and business channels.
