About The Position

AGRILAND FS is seeking a Custom Applicator & Operations professional to join their team in Harlan. This role involves operating and supporting modern application equipment, ensuring safe and smooth operations, and assisting local growers with their goals. The position offers a hands-on experience in a fast-moving environment where timing is crucial.

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working outdoors
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and handle physical work
• Strong work ethic, self-starter mindset, and teamwork/customer service skills
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Run and monitor application equipment (including John Deere sprayers/spreaders)
• Perform basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and daily pre/post-operation checks
• Load, unload, and handle materials while following safety and stewardship practices
• Work closely with teammates and serve customers with a can-do, professional attitude
