About The Position

This is a fast-moving, hands-on Custom Applicator & Operations role that helps local growers achieve their goals. Based out of Griswold, you will operate and support modern application equipment and ensure operations run safely and smoothly during the season. Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working outdoors
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and handle physical work
• Strong work ethic, self-starter mindset, and teamwork/customer service skills
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Run and monitor application equipment (including John Deere sprayers/spreaders)
• Perform basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and daily pre/post-operation checks
• Load, unload, and handle materials while following safety and stewardship practices
• Work closely with teammates and serve customers with a can-do, professional attitude
