About The Position

AGRILAND FS is a growing and financially stable organization that strives to meet customer needs. This role is a fast-moving, hands-on Custom Applicator & Operations position that helps local growers achieve their goals. Based out of Murray, the role involves operating and supporting modern application equipment and ensuring operations run safely and smoothly during the season.

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working outdoors
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and handle physical work
• Strong work ethic, self-starter mindset, and teamwork/customer service skills
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Run and monitor application equipment (including John Deere sprayers/spreaders)
• Perform basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and daily pre/post-operation checks
• Load, unload, and handle materials while following safety and stewardship practices
• Work closely with teammates and serve customers with a can-do, professional attitude
