U.S. Bank is hiring for multiple Part-Time Custody Operations Specialist roles to support our Operations teams—and we’d love for you to be part of the journey. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience while supporting critical operational functions, including: Navigating and applying policies and procedures Performing data entry with accuracy and attention to detail Contributing to team projects Supporting teammates with a variety of day-to-day tasks. This is a permanent, paid part-time opportunity with U.S. Bank—not a temporary role.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience OR High school diploma (or equivalent) with 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Foundational understanding of regulatory and accounting principles within Wealth Management & Investment Services
  • Ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and products within custody operations
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer navigation
