Responsibilities

  • Execution of all applicable risk programs, including following and adhering to applicable policies and procedures.
  • Appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations.
  • Timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues.
  • Making sound risk decisions.
  • Looking for efficiencies and improvements to processes and making recommendations to management.
  • Complying with Information Security and Records Management Policies.
  • Demonstrating job-relevant knowledge and essential skills to meet expectations and competencies.
  • Assessing and providing analysis of reports requested by management accurately and on time.
  • Identifying and supporting efforts to drive operational excellence, which reduce team member and customer pain points, as well as unnecessary cost.
