About The Position

The Performance Measurement & Reporting team plays an important role in supporting investment reporting for asset management and personal trust accounts. As part of Reference Data Services, the team is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of investment performance results reported to clients by validating, reconciling, and maintaining critical account and performance data. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and collaborating with business partners in a fast-paced operational environment.

Requirements

  • Two years or more of related experience

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage assigned client accounts.
  • Review account data and investigate exceptions or discrepancies.
  • Research and resolve account-related issues.
  • Execute operational tasks and complete service requests.
  • Respond to questions and inquiries from internal business partners.
  • Perform audits and review reporting outputs.
  • Validate performance calculations and reporting data.
  • Support monthly reporting cycles and critical production deadlines.
  • Identify and correct data quality issues.
  • Contribute to team initiatives that improve operational efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with teammates and business partners across the organization.
