About The Position

GRBS is seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team at Fremont Public Schools. This is a full-time position with consistent hours, offering a stable work environment. We are looking for individuals who are 18 years or older, possess a positive attitude, are team players, customer service-focused, dependable, self-motivated, hard-working, and have reliable transportation. Leadership experience is required for this role. Due to Michigan public schools requirements, individuals with theft, violence, or drug-related backgrounds will not qualify for employment. • Execute the clean building process
• Finish the job with GRBS tools
• Complete 360 communication
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable
• Lead with integrity and humility
• Vacuuming
• Mopping
• Dusting
• Cleaning restrooms
• Removing trash
• Other cleaning tasks as assigned
