About The Position

GRBS is seeking a dedicated and experienced Custodian Evening Building Supervisor to join our team at Okemos Public Schools. This full-time, second-shift position requires leadership experience, a positive attitude, and a commitment to customer service. The ideal candidate will be dependable, self-motivated, hard-working, and possess reliable transportation. This role involves executing the clean building process, managing a team, and ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed to GRBS standards. We offer paid mileage reimbursement and travel time. Due to Michigan public school requirements, individuals with theft, violence, or drug-related backgrounds will not qualify for employment.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older with valid ID
• Leadership experience required

Responsibilities

• Execute the clean building process
• Finish the job with GRBS tools
• Complete 360 communication
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable
• Lead with integrity and humility
• Vacuuming
• Mopping
• Dusting
• Cleaning restrooms
• Removing trash
• Performing other cleaning tasks as assigned
