About The Position

We have immediate openings for Full-Time 1st Shift Custodians. 1st Shift hours are 6:30 am – 3:00 pm Monday–Friday. Our custodial team members are vital to providing high quality cleaning services for our operations facilities and the team members working in these facilities by ensuring our buildings are in “Tour Ready” condition at all times.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Previous cleaning / custodial experience preferred
• Experience with cleaning commercial buildings and/or industrial environments a plus

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming carpeted floors and floor mats using an industrial vacuum
• Sweeping, mopping and dusting all areas of the building
• Ensuring that all trash is removed from the building and deposited into the trash receptacle
• Cleaning all restrooms by sweeping & mopping floors, disinfecting the restrooms, (i.e., wiping & washing urinals, toilets, sinks, stalls, walls, floors, mirrors, etc.) with disinfectant and stocking paper products and soap
• Cleaning breakroom by sweeping floors, disinfecting the lunchroom: by wiping & washing tables, chairs, counters, floors, walls, windows, etc. Including cleaning inside refrigerators
• Stocking breakroom with supplies (i.e., forks, knives, spoons, cups, coffee, etc.)
• Cleaning windows inside of the facility
• Cleaning offices including desks, chairs, carpet and chair mats
• Cleaning and dusting the lobby area
• Ensuring all refuse is removed from the grounds around the building by sweeping sidewalks, picking up trash, and emptying garbage cans
