About The Position

Prestige Maintenance USA is hiring a Custodian to perform general cleaning and floor-care duties in customer facilities. The role helps keep facilities clean, organized, and safe, and includes restroom, office, cafeteria, and sales-floor cleaning. The custodian performs assigned work according to the company schedule and customer expectations, following directions from the Lead Custodian or management and adhering to safety, customer-service, and attire policies. Work may be performed independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced or stressful environment.

Ability to stoop, kneel, crawl, bend, turn, and reach in areas that may not be fully air-conditioned.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including climbing stairs and ladders.
Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced or stressful environment.

Responsibilities

Keep facilities clean and safe by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning surfaces.
Collect trash and recycling; empty wastebaskets and replace liners as needed.
Restock supplies and refill restroom dispensers.
Clean and sanitize toilets, basins, and urinals; sweep and damp-mop floors with disinfectant and spot-clean soiled areas.
Perform general cleaning in restrooms, offices, cafeterias, sales floors, and other assigned areas.
Perform stripping, waxing, and wet-floor care.
Use scrubbers, extractors, buffers, and other assigned equipment.
Complete assignments according to the company schedule and customer expectations.
Perform other required tasks as directed by the Lead Custodian or management.
Follow proper safety guidelines and company policies for safety, customer service, and attire.
