About The Position

The Custodian performs custodial duties in assigned areas in accordance with standard housekeeping operating procedures. The role also assists building tenants with miscellaneous work requests and building maintenance. The position is in the Public Works/Facilities department. Regular hours are 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The employee may be assigned to any eight-hour shift and may be required to respond to emergencies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No work-related experience required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license or state-issued ID.
• Must submit to and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

• Assist building tenants with miscellaneous work requests.
• Assist with building maintenance.
• Respond to emergencies when required.
