Requirements

Must pass HBM prescreen check.
Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions in English is necessary.
Good public relations and communication skills are essential.
Capable of performing basic manual labor, including cleaning common areas, pressing, pushing, and pulling.
Frequently lifting and carrying a minimum of 25lbs (up to 50lbs).
Reaching overhead, grasping objects, bending, kneeling, walking, crawling, squatting, climbing, and stretching.
Navigating stairs and using a ladder.
Standing for the duration of their shifts.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma, GED or equivalent is preferred.
Previous janitorial, custodian or related experience is preferred, and willing to train.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain common areas of the building, including restrooms, walk paths, open areas, tables, and chairs.
Clean the interior and exterior of the facility by sweeping, dusting, mopping, sanitizing, and wiping down surfaces using specialized equipment.
Remove trash and replace liners, ensuring proper waste disposal and keeping supplies stocked.
Manage trash removal in designated areas.
Adhere to all safety procedures and promptly report any safety concerns or building issues.
Perform tasks involving standing, walking, bending, reaching, grasping, kneeling, and lifting a minimum of 25 pounds up to 50 pounds.
Work in all weather conditions.
Perform other tasks assigned by HBM supervisor.
