Requirements

Must pass HBM prescreen check.
Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions in English is necessary.
Good public relations and communication skills are essential.
Applicants must be capable of performing basic manual labor, including cleaning common areas, pressing, pushing, and pulling.
Frequently lifting and carrying a minimum of 25lbs (up to 50lbs).
Reaching overhead, grasping objects, bending, kneeling, walking, crawling, squatting, climbing, and stretching.
Navigating stairs and using a ladder.
Standing for the duration of their shifts.
Ability to work in all weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma, GED or equivalent is preferred.
Previous janitorial, custodian or related experience is preferred.
Willing to train.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain common areas of the building, including restrooms, walk paths, open areas, tables, and chairs.
Clean both the interior and exterior of the facility, including sweeping, dusting, mopping, sanitizing, and wiping down surfaces using specialized equipment.
Remove trash and replace liners, ensuring proper disposal and keeping supplies stocked.
Efficiently manage trash removal in designated areas.
Adhere to all safety procedures and promptly report any safety concerns or building issues to management.
Perform other tasks assigned by the HBM supervisor.
