About The Position

Kidz Lodge is seeking two part-time Custodians to join their team. This role offers flexibility with an Early Wage Access (EWA) program, allowing employees to access a portion of their earned wages on demand. The position involves maintaining cleanliness and performing basic upkeep of the facility.

Requirements

• One year prior experience in custodial work preferred.
• Excellent human relation skills and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
• Ability to report and record maintenance requests.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment.
• Basic understanding of the upkeep and care of equipment.
• Understanding of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use.
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications (completed within 30 days of hire)
• New Employee Orientation, Sexual Harassment, ALICE (Active Shooter), and Bloodborne Pathogens trainings (completed within 90 days of hire)

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial duties to maintain cleanliness.
• Report and record maintenance requests.
• Understand and safely use cleaning compounds and chemicals.
• Understand the upkeep and care of cleaning equipment.
