About The Position

The Custodian cleans and maintains public areas, including hallways, lobbies, stairways, and locker rooms. The role includes keeping assigned areas clean, removing trash and debris, cleaning up property areas that may involve bio-chemical material, and providing preventative care for equipment and supplies. Other duties may be assigned by management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods for the majority of the shift.
• Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum one year of cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public areas such as hallways, lobbies, stairways, and locker rooms.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas and pick up and remove trash and debris.
• Clean up property areas, including bio-chemical material.
• Ensure preventative care of equipment and supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
