About The Position

GRBS is seeking individuals 18 years of age or older with a valid ID to join their family as a Custodian in Muskegon Heights. This part-time position requires leadership experience, a positive attitude, a team-player mentality, customer service focus, dependability, self-motivation, a strong work ethic, and reliable transportation. Due to Michigan public school requirements, individuals with theft, violence, or drug-related backgrounds will not qualify for employment. Responsibilities

• Execute the clean building process
• Finish the job with GRBS tools
• Complete 360 communication
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable
• Lead with integrity and humility
• Vacuuming
• Mopping
• Dusting
• Cleaning restrooms
• Removing trash
• Other cleaning tasks as assigned
