About The Position

Located in the heart of Seattle’s vibrant South Lake Union neighborhood, Mirabella Seattle offers residents an exceptional urban Life Plan Community experience with resort‑style amenities, exceptional dining, and a full continuum of care including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing. We are seeking a Custodian to provide high‑quality cleaning services and event support while helping maintain a clean, welcoming, and resident‑focused environment.

Requirements

  • Experience operating custodial and cleaning equipment and tools.
  • Knowledge of green cleaning solutions, chemicals, and cleaning supplies.
  • Ability to read and understand labels and safety instructions.
  • Positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and comfort interacting with residents and team members.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of one year of experience in custodial, cleaning, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide routine and special cleaning services throughout the community, supporting a progressive, resident‑centered customer service culture.
  • Set up and take down furniture and equipment for resident and public events, including tables, chairs, and audio/visual equipment.
  • Operate custodial and floor‑care equipment safely and professionally while cleaning assigned areas, public spaces, and residential units.
  • Perform carpet shampooing, floor waxing, window washing, trash removal, and minor maintenance tasks as assigned.
  • Maintain awareness of emergency procedures, respond calmly during emergencies, and perform other duties as assigned.
