Requirements

3+ Years of custodial experience, preferred
Experience and knowledge of standard cleaning procedures and equipment.
Ability to comprehend product labels and instructions to ensure safe product handling.
Ability to multi-task and perform duties within a determined timeframe.
Able to manage time effectively and be punctual and reliable.
Effective communication skills, organized with great attention to detail
High School Education or GED preferred

Responsibilities

Wipe down appliances (i.e., refrigerator, inside microwave, etc.) and furniture (i.e., desktops, countertops, etc.).
Sweeping, mopping, dusting surfaces, and scrubbing all floors, walls, and surfaces.
Clear all waste bins and dispose of trash in all offices and common areas.
Clean all restrooms and water fountains.
Dust all blinds and window sills.
Dust and clean desk surfaces.
Ensure all doors in the assigned work area are locked at the completion of the shift.
Request and store cleaning supplies and materials and provide routine maintenance on cleaning tools and equipment.
Notify the supervisor when running low on supplies.
Other duties as assigned.
