Job Summary:
· Assist Custodial Supervisor as needed.
· May require running errands and performing jobs off site for management projects as requested.
· Assist maintenance department with repairs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all entry ways are secured every night.
• Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms.
• Cleans, mops, washes, buffs and vacuums floors.
• Empty and remove trash.
• Maintains outside walk areas, including sweeping debris and washing walkways.
• Cleans and polishes fixtures.
• Removes recycling materials.
• Tracks and helps maintain supply of janitorial supplies.
• Cleans windows.
• Dusts and vacuums furniture.
• Maintain clean dishes, coffee pots, etc in break rooms.
