About The Position
AriensCo is seeking a motivated and experienced 2nd shift custodian to be part of our dynamic team. This role involves performing daily cleaning and upkeep of various facility areas, managing garbage disposal, cleaning offices, maintaining equipment, and contributing to general housekeeping duties. The position requires safe operation of machines and tools, adherence to company values, and effective problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day
- Able to lift up to 35 pounds at varying frequencies
- Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Capable of adhering to Standard Work

Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of the restrooms, break areas, and other areas of the facility
- Empty all garbage containers around the office, shop floors and by assembly line
- Clean shop offices, paint, empty garbage containers, wipe off desks, clean floors as needed
- Maintain lawn mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, snow throwers, and all lawn attachments and the area they are stored in as needed
- Works on any other special projects that are assigned
- Perform general house-keeping duties
- Safe operation of machines and tools
