About The Position

At Casa Bonita, every team member plays a vital role in creating memorable dining and entertainment experiences for our guests. The Custodian is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests and employees.

Requirements

18+ years of age
High School diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
Comfortable engaging with the public
Passionate about serving others
Able to communicate in English effectively during guest interactions
Bloodborne Pathogens training is required
Must have reliable form of transportation and be able to work flexible shifts, inclusive of weekends, days, late nights, and holidays

Responsibilities

Follow established steps of service to maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment
Able to work independently while maintaining clear communication and collaborating effectively with team members
Welcome and engage with all guests to create a memorable experience
Demonstrate a willingness to learn, adapt to feedback, and comply with all company policies and safety regulations
Regularly clean and sanitize tables, chairs, bar areas, and high-touch surfaces
Sweep, mop, and vacuum dining areas, hallways, and performance spaces throughout the shift
Dispose of trash and empty trash receptacles
Service restrooms, including cleaning and restocking supplies
Respond to custodian requests, including cleaning up Biohazards
Document any maintenance issues, deep cleaning needs, or supply shortages for management
Maintain and clean housekeeping equipment accurately
Secure cleaning equipment and storage areas before leaving
Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by the Director of Facilities based on business needs
